Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Method

We offer standard shipping for Australian addresses. Delivery times vary based on the destination. We also offer pick up from our head office at 16 Herbert Street, Manly NSW 2095.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping of $8.95 for every parcel, or free store pick up from our head office.

International Shipping

We are currently unable to ship outside Australia. For USA orders please visit our Amazon store www.amazon.com/vgood

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Shipping Address

We require a street address for all order. No PO boxes can be accepted. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
